I engaged with this cleaning service expecting a professional touch based on their website's presentation. Unfortunately, the outcome fell short of my expectations. The attention to detail was lacking, and several areas I specifically requested to be cleaned were overlooked. Communication also left much to be desired, as responses to my inquiries were delayed. Overall, my experience was not satisfactory, and I would not recommend their services.
