I recently started working at Cromwell Industries INC and I must say, it has been an average experience. The company provides decent benefits and the work-life balance is manageable. However, there are certain areas where improvements can be made. The communication among teams could be better and the company culture is not as inclusive as I expected. Overall, Cromwell Industries INC is an average company to work for.
