I had a mixed experience with Ballatore et chabert. While their website was easy to navigate and the products I ordered were of good quality, their customer service was lackluster. It took a while to get a response to my email inquiry. Overall, I would still consider shopping with them in the future, but improvements in customer service would be appreciated.
