I had a mixed experience with Texas Window Solutions. While the quality of the windows is good and they have definitely improved the insulation of my home, I had some issues with the installation process. The team took longer than expected and there were some minor damages during the installation. However, the customer service team was responsive and resolved my concerns promptly. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
