I ordered an item from their River Colony Trading ...

I ordered an item from their River Colony Trading store on Amazon. They took my money and never shipped the item. They claimed that USPS screwed up but the tracking number was with UPS. Plus, they have multiple 1* reviews on Amazon this week with people all not receiving the exact same item. Its the type of transaction that gives 3rd party sellers a bad name for Amazon.
