Ethical Competence at Its Best!

We first met Joel through an open inspection for another house that we really wanted to purchase. Our first conversation with him was to offer him the opportunity to sell our house while helping us secure the property he was selling. He was quick to politely decline such, as it was not how we operated. We knew that exact moment that we were going with Joel when we need to put our house on the market, and we were right!

From the time that we consulted with Joel, it felt right. He remained polite and open to our input. He met us at times that were convenient to us. We were impressed with the timeliness of the team s communication. The team that supports him is fantastic! In our case, Debbie and Mariam worked closely with us through the entire campaign. Nothing was too much of a bother with these awesome women, too.

Joel and his team reassured us throughout the entire campaign. What we loved about them was they were always honest. Joel told us things at face value, not just what we wanted to hear. There is no sugar coating that is for sure. Our trust in their team s expertise moved us along the campaign period.

Much to all of our surprise, our home sold for more than what we expected. The buyers even said that Joel and his team were prompt to respond to their queries at all times.
