I had a generally good experience with Control Message Center INC. The customer service was friendly and responsive. The product was delivered on time and worked as expected. However, I did encounter a few minor issues during setup, but the support team was able to assist me in resolving them quickly. Overall, I would rate Control Message Center INC as average.
