Each time I have called in or dealt with the secretary in person at the South Park location she has been rude and unprofessional. She cuts me off while I am speaking and asking questions. Then continues to call me names like, honey, darling, baby , which is unprofessional and belittling to an adult.

Furthermore, I had my glasses for a little less than a month and the hardware fell out. This is not what I expect for an office in which presents themselves as a high end glasses boutique. When I spoke with the secretary and asked if I could bring the glasses in she stated, This happens a lot.

Would not recommend.
