I recently purchased some home appliances from a website and I was not completely satisfied with my experience. The products were fine, but the delivery took longer than expected and the customer service was not very responsive. However, I do appreciate the fact that Homepro has a wide range of products to choose from, and their prices are competitive. I would recommend the company for their selection, but improvements are needed in terms of customer service.
