I recently booked a holiday through Xcape to the sun and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate but the overall service was just okay. The staff were professional but not particularly friendly or helpful. I expected more from a company with such a good reputation. The only thing that was excellent about my trip was the beautiful location. I wouldn't necessarily recommend Xcape to the sun, but it's not the worst company out there.
