I recently visited Duval for a haircut and I must say it was an average experience. The stylist was polite and attentive to my needs, but the end result was not exactly what I had in mind. The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, but the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. I would consider giving them another chance, but I hope they can step up their game in terms of customer satisfaction.
