I had an average experience with Stiftung jona. Their website stiftung-jona.de is easy to navigate and find information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and they were not very helpful. Overall, I would say they are okay, but could definitely improve.
