I recently used Drive South Africa and I must say, the experience was average. The booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful. However, the condition of the car was not up to my expectations. There were some scratches and dents on the body which were not mentioned during the booking. The car rental rates were reasonable though. Overall, it was an average experience.
