Over 2.5 hrs on hold. On at least five separate occasions, I had to wait over 2.5 hours absolutely atrocious customer service.

Let me be clear, the traders that I spoke to were amazing; but the wait time to get through to them is beyond reasonable.

Lost countless trades and $$$ because of the long wait.

I will be switching over to a brokerage that cares about its clients.
