I have been a customer of Bastion Effect for a few months now and I must say, their service is just average. There is nothing special about it. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer support is lacking. They take too long to respond to queries and sometimes don't even provide a satisfactory solution. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
