This is the worst place for families, the paperwork doesn't get done, the phone calls don't get returned, no one ever seem to be working their either off or sick so nothing gets accomplished we have been waiting 2 weeks for one piece of paperwork to be filed to a nursing home. Someone from Lansing really need to investigate the office.
