Giving this 5 stars for the nurses and doctors. I have always received excellent care here and never had to to wait long when I had appointments. The reception staff here is a questionable though... Very hard to get through on the phone and messages are only sometimes returned. Would be nice if the receptionists were more educated on the programs and services offered at the Access Centre. Anytime I've inquired, they don't know what I'm talking about.
