I am a longtime customer of Temp-pro Incorporated and I must say, their service is just average. While they do provide the necessary heating and cooling solutions, their response time and customer support can definitely be improved. There have been several instances where I had to wait for hours for a technician to arrive, causing inconvenience. Overall, I would rate them as average due to their inconsistent service.
