First time at Toyota of Knoxville. Barry Amole (Service) welcomed me and made sure all of my Rav4 Service recalls were addressed. I had been in Germany for over 7 years with this vehicle. I had thought all my recalls were caught up while in Germany. Barry ran a query and saw many safety recalls were not complied with. My vehicle is caught up with. Thank you Barry and TOK!
