The service at Opulence Spa LLC was average. The therapist was polite and professional, but the overall experience was not outstanding. I expected more from a luxury spa. The ambiance was nice and relaxing, but the massage itself was just okay. It didn't really wow me or provide any exceptional results. I would consider trying another spa next time in search of a more satisfying experience.
