After being on hold for 1.5+ hours, Cody was very unhelpful and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. My entire time on hold was a complete waste of my day. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Shame on you dometic for providing such poor service. I hope your corporate boat sinks soon. Such a disservice to your customers.
