This property management company will not do anything if a landlord violates the maximum occupancy laws for an apartment. One of their managers said that the City of Oakland will just look the other way if you report the too many tenants living in a one bedroom apartment, because of the housing crisis in the Bay Area. She literally told me, "I wouldn't even go down that route if I were you." I can't believe the property management company is in on this greedy landlord scam.
