Southtowners don t bother, I d give it zero stars if that was an option. I usually do not leave reviews and I m more tolerant than most to mediocre service, but this was pretty bad. Drove all the way to this place from Orchard Park to host a birthday dinner for 12 on 5/3/19. Allegedly they do not take reservations, although they host private events... We were told the wait was 30 mins, okay not bad... until that turned into 90 mins. We were told twice the table was ready when it was not ready. Hosts had an attitude when we inquired about table, as if we were bothering them. The whole time there was an empty large table behind host station.... After 90 mins of waiting at the door and watching about 30 people get seated before us we decided to leave and have pizza at our home to try to salvage the ruined birthday dinner. As we walked to parking lot, someone (manager?) came out and tried to stop us just 15 more minutes and we will have your table, we just need to clean it up
I m not sure why it takes 15 mins to wipe a table, at that point I would ve wiped it myself. I would not recommend making the trip to Lockport for a beer here, but if you re looking to get your chain jerked around for 90+ mins by a bunch of snotty teenagers then look no further.
