My experience with Crown Travel Group was average. The prices were competitive, but the customer service lacked attention to detail. I had issues with my hotel reservation and it took longer than expected to get it sorted out. However, once the issue was resolved, the rest of my trip went smoothly. Overall, an okay experience.
