I recently used the prep services provided by this company and I would rate my experience as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear instructions on how to prepare my inventory for FBA. The customer support team was responsive and answered my inquiries in a timely manner. However, I encountered a few minor issues with the quality of packaging. Some items were not packaged securely, which resulted in a few damaged products upon arrival at the fulfillment center.
