I have been a customer of R. A. Serafini, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are average. I have had both good and bad experiences with them. There have been times when they delivered excellent quality products on time, but there have also been instances when they failed to meet my expectations. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
