SECCA has become my best kept secret. It's exhibits are museum-quality. Variety and quality go hand-in-hand in their focus on exhibiting the work of the country's major contemporary artists with emphasis on Southeastern artists. It's McCesney Scott Dunn Auditorium allows it to expand the scope to include music, drama, dance, film, lectures and conferences.
And once you have cruised thru the exhibits, you can tour the the James G. Hanes hunter-style mansion adjacent to the main SECCA building. And it's all FREE!
