For my husband's 60th birthday I ordered a card and a present. Arranged weeks ago and received a message from hallmark on Friday that the package had been delivered at mail nl.
I have an app from post nl and there was no information there yet. The present should be delivered on Saturday. I already emailed on Saturday that my order was not yet known to post nl, but I was told to have patience. Many packages arrived for my husband from Greetz on Saturday, but not my package from Hallmark.
By the way, I only received a confirmation from post on Sunday that the package had been registered.
Until now I do not have the package. It could be that it may come tomorrow, but that is 3 days late.
On Saturday I had to buy a new gift for my husband, otherwise I would have nothing!
I am now offered a voucher of 5 euros by Hallmark, while the package cost 20 to 25 euros.
A packet of mustard after meals, if it still comes.
I had to incur extra costs, buy a new gift, otherwise I would have had nothing!
Want my full amount of the order back.
