The service I received from Kraft & Kennedy, Inc. was decent. The team was knowledgeable and I appreciated their efforts to solve my IT issues. However, there were some delays in the process which caused a bit of inconvenience. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. I think there is room for improvement in terms of timeliness and communication.
