Review of MSA Security

I'm really disappointed to see all of the negative...

I'm really disappointed to see all of the negative reviews about MSA. Because I know it's human nature to pick out the negatives, opposed to acknowledging the positives, I want to take the time to personally acknowledge a few of the employees that have a clear love for their position, their dogs, and frequently provide the kind of service I can only assume this company seeks in its employees.

Although I can't speak for MSA in its entirety, I can speak for the several guards and their labradors that greet me nightly at the Staten Island Ferry on the Manhattan side. Specifically: Jason (who I think has transferred with his black dog CJ), Chris and Belle, Dan and Zorro, Ed and Copper, and Megan and Treyaun (I think that's probably a misspelling, sorry!).

MSA First and foremost, I'd like to say that I'm a dog lover, and seeing these highly intelligent dogs and their handlers always puts me in a better mood after late nights working in the city. I can say with certainty that your guards are thorough and efficient, consistently following through with bag checks and searches all while holding a professional, polite demeanor throughout their shifts; no matter how late or early the hour. You have a wonderful team that I've seen actively go above and beyond in their service. I have an honest concern for my safety on this commute (with all of its extremely unpredictable regulars) but I feel safer knowing that I have such a well equipped / dedicated team looking out for me and the thousands of others that rely on the ferry for their daily transport.

Thank you all for keeping the terminals safe for everyone to travel by and enjoy.
