I had an average experience with Globl group. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
