I recently shopped at Jcpenney and had a positive experience overall. The selection of clothes was good and I found some great deals. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the shipping time, which took longer than expected. Despite that, I would still recommend Jcpenney for their affordable and stylish clothing.
