I recently had an experience with a creative design company and was left feeling quite indifferent about the service I received. It seemed like the team had the technical skills and the creativity but lacked a bit in terms of communication and deadline management. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, showcasing their portfolio effectively. However, I felt that the actual execution of my project didn't quite live up to the standard set by the portfolio. While the pricing was in line with industry standards, I wasn't fully satisfied with the value I received. Overall, it was an average experience - not bad, but not exceptional either. I might consider giving them another chance in the future, especially if they improve their project management and communication.
