I recently had the opportunity to work with Voltage Leadership Consulting and overall, it was an average experience. The team was professional and knowledgeable, but I felt like the solutions provided were not groundbreaking. I expected more innovative ideas and approaches. However, they did deliver on time and within budget, which was a major plus. The communication could have been better, as there were some delays in getting responses. Overall, I would say they are a reliable consulting firm, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
