I have been using the services of Summit Technology Group, LLC for a while now and I must say that they provide average IT support. While their team is responsive and helpful, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their solutions. I feel that they could offer more innovative and tailored options for their customers. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory, but I hope to see some enhancements in the future.
