They need to fire the Director and get someone new. There is no information that is really useful to Floridians

1. Which applications that are currently beign processed.

2. When is payment issued.

3. What is the current wait time for applications to be processed due to COVID-19

Just something, anything. Floridians needs some guidance. The phone lines dont work at 730am the system is saying we are unable to handle the call. The Supervisors should be taking calls, the Director should be taling calls. Reach out to ex-employees and re hire them. Move it !
