I just had them in to do some routine work in our home (unrelated the renovation they did for us a few years ago) and I must say they were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and and consumer-friendly. My problem was identified and remedied right away. The custom mill work and cabinetry that they fabricated for our kitchen is still gorgeous and in great shape many years later. Their reps walked us through every step so as to minimize surprises (which you can count on happening during any renovation.) It was truly professional, white-glove service and we are very happy with the end product even after living in it for many years.
