Say they will represent you and look after you......Lie.
Say they will get back to you in a timely manner..... Lie.

I am still suffering badly from my crash in September 2014 and they pressure you to settle early so they can get their cut fast. One medical report badly done 3 months after the accident. No physiotherapy. Off work due to injury but self employed and hard to prove - nope they are not interested because its too complicated. Still suffering well you have to pay for second medical report if it isn't favourable for them so don't bother. Great advice with all your best interests at heart - Not!!!

Do yourself a favour and find someone else to use.
Oh and Slater Gordon is the same bunch of lovely people!
