I am a CUSTOMER of Metadataworks and I must say, this company is average. The website looks nice but the overall service could be improved. They lack attention to detail and there is room for improvement. The customer support team is helpful but response time could be better. That being said, they managed to resolve my issue in the end. So overall, an average experience with Metadataworks.
