I had a mixed experience with The Gold Standards Framework Centre C.I.C. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with the website. It was not as user-friendly as I expected. However, they were quick to address the issues and resolve them. Overall, I would rate their service as average. Improvement on the website navigation would be beneficial.
