Ovada is an average company. I didn't have any major issues with their services, but I also wasn't particularly impressed. The website is easy to navigate and the overall experience was smooth. However, I felt that their prices were a bit high for the quality of the products. I think there are better options out there, but Ovada is still a decent choice.
