I've been a customer of Publicvoice for a while now and I must say their service is average. It's neither great nor terrible. It gets the job done but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good range of products. However, their customer support could be more responsive and helpful. Overall, I would say I am satisfied with their service.
