I had a mixed experience at the Plough and Harrow Hotel. While the rooms were comfortable and clean, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and not very appealing. I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.
