I had a mixed experience with Prymaxx. While their customer service was excellent and they were very responsive to my inquiries, I found the quality of their products to be average. The website was easy to navigate and it was convenient to place an order. However, I was not fully satisfied with the product I received and had to return it. Overall, I would rate Prymaxx as average.
