The medical services provided by the center were satisfactory. The staff was polite and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I did feel that the wait times were a bit long, and the communication could have been better. Overall, I had a decent experience at Hawaii Medical Center. I would recommend it, but with the caveat that there might be some room for improvement.
