I recently used Transcription Services, Inc. for converting some audio files into text, and I must say that the service was average. While they were able to deliver the transcripts on time, the quality was not up to my expectations. There were several errors and inaccuracies throughout the documents, which made it difficult to use them for my project. I hope they can improve their accuracy in the future.
