I had a bit of a mixed experience with Splendid Bridal. While the selection of dresses was impressive, the customer service left something to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. However, once I found a dress I liked, the alterations were done perfectly, and I was happy with the final result. Overall, an average experience.
