We love Cardrona - have pretty much always had good weather here and good snow. Our boy went through their Skiwis program and went from nothing to black runs in 5 days. For us there s plenty of options in terms of runs to do, whether you want an easy blue day, or some fun black and off piste options. Queues aren t really that busy compared to North Island, even on the busiest of days. Lifters are all friendly. Only downside is food can be pricey, but that s pretty standard on NZ skifields
