I had the opportunity to interact with the staff at Allen County Of and overall, my experience was decent. The services provided were satisfactory, but I felt that there was room for improvement. The website, allencountykentucky.com, was easy to navigate, but some information was not readily available. There were no major issues, but I believe they could enhance their offerings to better cater to their customers' needs.
