The overall experience with Buddycrm has been average. The features provided are decent and fulfill the basic requirements. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The user interface is not very intuitive and can be confusing for new users. Additionally, the customer support is not very responsive and takes a long time to address queries. Overall, it is an okay CRM solution but there are definitely better options available.
